I wrote this song in rememberance of my father. I was 7 years old when he was taken from us by murder. Growing up without him left a lot of pain, and I never had the chance to try to make him proud. So I spent my life working to become someone I hoped he could be proud of—even knowing he would never get to see it.

This song is about that journey: the life I built, the woman I married, the daughters I’m raising, and the man I chose to become.

“If You Could See Me Now” is a modern country song with a touch of Southern country-rap. It blends heartfelt storytelling with a contemporary country sound, capturing the emotions of loss, perseverance, family, and the hope that somewhere, somehow, my dad can finally see the life I built.
